run cmd as admin,  type "bcdedit" and find identifier other Windows Boot

type "bcdedit /default {d5216f06-cfe8-11ed-ae15-b2fcc7703f0b}" Enter

create bat file, paste, Run As Administrator 

BCDEDIT /DEFAULT {60ec4900-cb39-11f0-8486-d03256caead9}

bcdedit /timeout 0

shutdown /a

shutdown.exe /r /f /t 0
